Kerradonna Building Services Adrian O'Connor, Managing Director, B Ed, Registered Practitioner. Before formally entering the building industry Adrian had been a Secondary Teacher for twenty years, having taught around the State of Victoria, Australia. Starting with the Victorian Education Department, Adrian later moved to the private system teaching at De La Salle College in Melbourne. His inspiration, enthusiasm, management and educational skills resulted in him teaching a wide range of subjects including the training of young apprentices in an array of trades. Although Adrian has been involved in many after hours building and tradesman-type projects most of his life, he realised that his real passion was building and that there was a real need for someone with his skills in the building industry. Having earned a number of degrees, it was not difficult for Adrian to apply focused and dedicated time to earn the illustrious title of becoming a builder. In 2005, Adrian was granted an unlimited domestic building licence by the Australian Building Commission and given the title of a Registered Building Practitioner. Adrian believes that there are good tradesmen out there but unless they are focused, managed and given proper direction, the job will simply not be completed on time leading to frustration, over budget and an unhappy customer. As such, Adrian selects people that have the skills, personality and commitment with whom he can work. As a result, he has a wonderful team of qualified, skilled and committed tradesmen. In the past seven years, Adrian has renovated a number of homes, kitchens and bathrooms. He continually delivers excellence and passion to his work. His communication and management skills continue to serve him well, as is demonstrated by delivering projects on time, on budget and knowing that each client is very satisfied with the works done.
